The plain-English terms.
Last updated: May 9, 2026. By using Systivia (the app, the website, or any related service), you’re agreeing to these. They’re short on purpose.
What you can do
Use Systivia to track your own habits, on as many devices as you want, for as long as your account exists. Build, edit, complete, skip, or delete habits at any time. Cancel your account whenever — we won’t put it behind a phone call.
What you can't do
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break our infrastructure.
- Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm anyone — staff included.
- Resell access, share a single account across many users, or rent your seat.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, or violates a third party’s privacy.
- Attempt to bypass billing, abuse promotional codes, or impersonate Systivia staff or other users.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us right away at systivia@gmail.com.
Pricing & payment
Systivia is free. There is no paid plan today. If that ever changes, we’ll announce it clearly and you’ll opt in before any charge. No hidden auto-upgrades.
Your content
Habits, notes, identities, and completions you create stay yours. By using Systivia, you grant us a narrow, royalty-free license to host and process that content only so we can run the service for you (sync, reminders, praisal storage, backups). That license ends when you delete the content or your account. We don’t use your content to train third-party models.
Praisal text
Praisals are short affirmations you can write and customize yourself. They’re yours to keep, share, or delete. We don’t guarantee any specific praisal’s wording or uniqueness, and praisal text shouldn’t be relied on as medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but can’t guarantee zero downtime. Sometimes we’ll deploy at inconvenient hours; sometimes things break. We’ll announce planned maintenance in-app where possible.
Our liability, in plain English
Systivia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data beyond the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months — if any. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions; if yours doesn’t, the exclusions only apply to the extent permitted.
Termination
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. We’ll tell you why, when we can. You can close your account at any time from in-app settings. Closure triggers the data-deletion process described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We’ll update the “last updated” date when these terms change. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email. Continuing to use Systivia after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Systivia is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that locale.
