What you can do

Use Systivia to track your own habits, on any device you install it on, for free, for as long as you like. Build, edit, complete, skip, or delete habits at any time. Uninstall whenever — there’s no cancellation flow, because there’s nothing to cancel.

What you can't do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to break the app or this website.
• Use the app, website, or community spaces to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.
• Resell, redistribute, or charge others for copies of the app.
• Impersonate Systivia or its developer.

Your data

Your habit data lives on your device and is under your control — including keeping your device secure and maintaining backups if you want them. The app runs fully offline and makes no network requests, so there’s no account, no cloud copy, and nothing stored on our side. We can’t recover data we never received, so a lost or wiped device means lost data unless you’ve backed up through your platform.

Pricing & payment

Systivia is completely free. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases — nothing to bypass and nothing to upsell.

Your content

Habits, notes, identities, praisals, and completions you create stay yours and stay on your device. We never receive copies, so there’s nothing for us to host, process, or hand over. We don’t use your content to train third-party models.

Praisal text

Praisals are short affirmations you can write and customize yourself. They’re yours to keep, share, or delete. We don’t guarantee any specific praisal’s wording or uniqueness, and praisal text shouldn’t be relied on as medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Service availability

The app runs entirely on your device — no servers, no sign-in, and no downtime on our side. It makes no API calls and works fully offline; reminders fire locally. This website aims for high uptime but can’t guarantee zero downtime.

Our liability, in plain English

Systivia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions; if yours doesn’t, the exclusions only apply to the extent permitted.

Termination

You can stop using Systivia at any time — uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. We can restrict access to this website or our community spaces (like Discord) for anyone violating these terms.

Changes to these terms

We’ll update the “last updated” date when these terms change. Material changes will be flagged on this website. Continuing to use Systivia after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Systivia is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that locale.
