The short version

Systivia has no backend, no servers, and no accounts. The app works fully offline: it makes no API calls, and nothing — not analytics, not crash reports, not push notifications — ever leaves your device. Your habits, identities, completions, notes, and praisals live entirely on your device, and we never receive them. There’s nothing to sell, share, leak, or lose. This website, and only this website, runs one privacy-respecting, consent-gated analytics tool. That’s the whole story.

What the app collects

Nothing.

The app works fully offline and never makes a network request. No API calls, no third-party analytics, no crash reporting, and no push notification service. There’s no VPS, no database, and no cloud behind it — nothing to phone home to.

• Your habit data — habits, identities, completions, skips, reminders, praisals, notes — is stored locally on your device, by your device.
• Reminders are scheduled and fired on your device. Nothing syncs anywhere, because there is nowhere to sync to.
• Uninstalling the app removes all of it, permanently. There is no cloud copy, because there is no cloud.

What this website collects

This section covers this website only — the app, as covered above, collects nothing.

• Analytics (consent-gated). If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog to see anonymized, aggregate usage of this site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors are from. Decline and nothing is collected.
• Email. If you email us, we use your address to reply. That’s it.

What we never collect

No accounts or sign-ups, no advertising IDs, no location, no contacts, no microphone or camera access, no third-party push notifications, no cross-site tracking, no ad networks — and never your habit data, because it never leaves your device. We don’t sell, broker, or rent data, because there is no data to sell. And we don’t use anything to train anyone’s models.

Backups

If you turn on your platform’s built-in backup (Google or Apple), your device may include app data in backups stored under your account with that platform. That arrangement is between you and your platform. We have no access to it and no copies of our own.

Your rights

Since we don’t hold your personal data, there’s generally nothing for us to export, correct, or delete — you already have full control, on your device. Questions about anything here? Email systivia@gmail.com and you’ll get a real answer from a real person.

Children

Systivia isn’t directed at children under 13. There are no accounts to create, and we collect nothing from anyone — of any age.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. Given the architecture, we expect this policy to stay boring.
